Will this work on my DSLR or mirrorless camera?+
Yes. These are real optical glass filters with standard thread sizes (49mm, 52mm, 55mm, 58mm, 62mm, 67mm, 72mm, 77mm, 82mm). They screw directly onto the front of any DSLR or mirrorless lens with a matching thread. Canon, Sony, Nikon, Fujifilm, Sigma, Tamron - all use the same standard.
What size do I need for my camera lens?+
Check the front rim of your camera lens - the filter thread size is printed there in mm. Common matches: 49mm fits the Sony 50mm f/1.8. 52mm fits the Nikon 18-55mm kit. 58mm fits the Canon 50mm f/1.4 USM. 67mm fits the Canon EF-S 18-135mm. 72mm fits the Canon 24-105mm f/4L. 77mm fits the Canon 24-70mm f/2.8L and Nikon 24-70mm f/2.8. 82mm fits the Canon 16-35mm f/2.8L and Sigma Art lenses.
